BMW Mini Lemon a HEADACHE

We drive a Mini country man JCW 2018. Drive train Error every now and then. No one ever give a report on what’s wrong with the car. Where is a peace of mind in having 3 breakdowns in 6 weeks.The experience with BMW oncall,the dealer and customer service is very painful. You would think you are paying for a peace of mind. The services are ridiculous/ very poor. No solution they keep sending you from one person to another. The employees there are not reluctant to tell a lie. They even suggested we speak to the manufacturer ( I mean the car is made in Netherlands) I love Mini but shuh BMW as the owners Suck.. it is sad that for that reason I will not be driving nor recommending BMW cars to anyone.
