BMW Midrand and BMW South Africa are a **** and *******

My Name is Thomas Malomane, i drive a BMW M140i, last year November 2023 i went to BMW Midrand to change my breakpads and discs , 2 days after changing the breakpads and discs the car started making funny noise when breaking, a squeaky irritant noise, i took the car back to BMw and they performed cleaning and skimming on them, i took the car and drove it for a few kilometres and the noise came back, i took the car back and they did the same thing cleaning and skimming, long story short this happened for the 6th time and bmw kept cleaning and skimming and avoiding to take ownership, i then opened a case with BMW South Africa “Case number : ***” , BMW South Africa advised that i take the car back to BMW Midrand, their technical department then advised that there is nothing wrong with the breakpads and discs. My car only has one modification which is a Downpipe, bmw say the squeaky noise from the breakpads is caused by the installed Downpipe, that is nonsense, how can they blame it on a downpipe ???? I brought my car there for more than 5 times and they never blamed the downpipe, suddenly they are refusing to change the pads and discs because of a downpipe??? I spend R19k to change the break pads and discs and they are still under warranty but bmw is refusing to change the faulty and noisy pads, i am soo angry and disappointed at this brand,
