BMW Menlyn - Excellent Service

I would like to commend the outstanding service I received from BMW Menlyn.

As I am based in the Free State and my son is studying in Pretoria, his vehicle developed an issue and needed to be taken to the dealership. From the moment I made contact, Derek Kleintjes (Service Manager) was incredibly supportive and reassuring. Despite a waiting list, he made a plan to ensure the vehicle was attended to as soon as possible, which I truly appreciate.

A special thank you as well to Aviwe Mncwabe (Aftersales Consultant), who kept me informed throughout the entire process. Her consistent communication and professionalism made a big difference and gave me peace of mind.
