BMW Menlyn bad service

I am disappointed at the service I'm getting from BMW MENLYN, it is day 9 since my car was towed there and all I am getting is "no diagnosis yet" from a rude lady called Martha. Today was even worse as she didn't even have an update on the car and she promised to call me after 1 hour and she never did. When I called her after 3 hours her excuse was that she deals with 20 clients a day. I demanded to talk to the person diagnosing the car but Martha said he is in a meeting I must call after 10 minutes, surprisingly after 10 minutes Martha is no more taking my calls and I'm told by switchboard that Martha is busy with other clients. What kind of a BMW dealership are you that all i'm getting is 'no diagnosis yet' and rude people????
