BMW Menly Auto service Department

I took my car to BMW Menlyn on Tuesday 10 December 2019 in the morning and I told the service adviser that there is something wrong with my car I keep hearing a clicking noise when I turn the steering wheel to the right, she asked a technician to come check I told the guy what I hear he drove around and played with the steering wheel and told me there is nothing wrong with the car that is how BMW cars are. On Thursday 12 December 2019 on my way home the car lost power it did not want to drive I was stuck on the N4 highway I had to call AA to collect the car, I always take my car to BMW Menlyn they could not pick up that I am having a battery problem or any other problems. The technician should have advised me to bring the car back the following morning to have it checked out instead he let me leave. The service is so bad that they could not pick up that I am having issues with the car. I called BMW SA I am still waiting for them to call me back to advise how will my complaint be resolved. I am not happy at all!!!!
