BMW marketing oil service-*****

I refer to the oil service special marketed last year. I took my BMW 320i for a service, 5000kms before the service was due, in order to take advantage of the special.

I received a call from the service lady advising me that cost will be R2500 instead of +-700.

This was BMW in JHB CBD, Newton. My vehicle reg is HL 37RR GP.

I'm very perturbed and feel like I was cheated. I would rather my RMI approved mechanic. At least I can trust him.

I have advised two BMW agents to investigate this matter, but they did not come back to me this is a few months later now.

R2500 is the normal price, so this makes no sense to me.

I would appreciate if someone could come back to me.
