BMW M550I IS THE WORSE CAR TO OWN

Good day

I am writing this email with a very heartbreaking on my forth BMW, I bought with SMG Umhlanga durban (550i 2021 as new on the 15 January 2021 vin number WBA12BK000CF37568).

It was a good journey through out the years with BMW but with this car I am no longer happy at all!

1. On the 20 may 2021 just a day after the first service. I canceled my work trip to take my car back to the service (SMG ballito)dashboard show brakes faulty within the 10km travel from the dealer. The service manager took the car back to the ramp around 11H30 am, while I was enjoying coffee he advise me it was just a system issue not brakes the car was given back to me, to continue use it.

2. On 16 August 2021 I canceled my trip to Umhlabuyalingana for business again the car was showing system affected and Sterling fault do not continue driving. It was tow to SMG BMW durban and given back to me on the 19 August 2021

2. On the 17 November I was going for a meeting again system affected morethan 3 warning on dashboard was showing my service advisor Brian from SMG mhlanga advice me I have to leave a car for atleast two days to work on it and they don’t have a car to borrow me to go to the meeting!! So I have to cancel. The car was fixed and ready for collection on 19 November 2021 brain phoned me around 1**** and the car was collected on the next day.

3. On the 22 November 2021, I was supposed to go to Hluhluwe to sign the deal as I start the car around 8am to drive to Hluhluwe a red stop warning pop in Sterling failure. I call BMW umhlanga and Brian my service advisor asks me to switch off the engine and lock the car and re open to restart and then the third warning com up affected system. I drove to the same dealership to handover the car to be checked atfter few minutes I was told they need morethan two to connect to senior technician in Johannesburg and they don't have a car to give me I must make a plan!!. The car was locked restart until warnings come off.

4. On the 27 November 2021 same warnings pop in luckily I was near the SMG Umhlanga I drop the car and take a public tax to home with all my laptops and work related equipment. Waiting for report on Monday 29 November 2021

5. For me personal, my family and business I don't see this car reliable. The car can't even be added on BMW app on phone is giving a reason-registered with onother contry when you try to add vin on app!!

6. I am spending more days without a car!! Hence I have to pay full price (new car less than 50k kilometers) even worse I am losing business see the attached letter below.

7. I request an advice and assistance on the matter above.
