BMW LEGAL DEPARTMENT FAILURE TO PAY SMALL BUSINESS STORAGE FEES

We are a small business in East london. We got a call out to collect a motorcycle from Port elizabeth thast had crashed, we collected the motorcycle and its stored at our workshop for over a year going into two years. we have been fighting with BMW Legal department to pay our storage fees and collect the motorcycle, they then said we must drop our storage fees, in which we did, they said they were going to settle, they never, that was December 2020. we made a offer to purchase the motorcycle and they have still not responded!!! what if we have to close our doors? we cannot let this motorcycle lay here, all we ask is for BMW to let us purchase this motorcycle or pay our storage fees which is sitting at R56 000.00 plus!! or let us purchase to sell as parts and defray costs. please help we are so frustrated. its also so very unfair that BMW will do this to a small business. here are the email address we have been using: *** / *** PLEASE HELP!!!
