BMW leaves us stranded

Worst service I’ve ever received! Left us stranded after we contacted them multiple times and they said someone was on their way. Nearly got ****** as well , and had to call The police. All this whilst stranded away from Durban all because of the incompetence of BMW, after which they attributed the blame on their outsourced service provider. This was shocking and totally traumatizing. Will never be buying BMW or recommending it again!
