Bmw klerksdorp

I bought a BMW R1200 gs in November 2019 from BMW daily klerksdorp with 49000km on the clock they assured me everything is 100% with the motorcycle fist there was a few small things wrong like flikker unit they fixed it rode it 2 days then it started cut out while riding took it back few more times, right in this time having the problems I ask the sale guy is the motorcycle 100% (yes its been thru the work shop) I a specialy ask is services up to date and the drive shaft (yes everything is 100%) I drove it 2000km took it for a service and then we saw the drive shaft wasn't serviced (will add pictures) and according to BMW 's system it skipped a few services and I have a extra motor warranty. Now my question is how can they sell this motorcycle to me, tell me everything is fine plus a warranty but nothing is up to date. When I told the sales manager my problem he looked at me and said I can't take responsibility of someone that isn't working here anymore I will never support BMW again and I will tell everyone what they did I work hard for my money and now I have a motorcycle I don't trust and not sure when it's going to leave me next to the road
