BMW - Johannesburg South… Pathetic service

I am not Happy with BMW Johannesburg South, their service is pathetic, I have been taking my car for a services for more than 3 times, they always can’t see where the problem is, they claim to have fixed the issue but to myself surprise the car still gives the same problem, I have exhausted my motor plan because of their negligence, they show no empathy at all but always charge ridiculous amounts, wasted so much money this year only. I am really not impressed with their unprofessionalism and work ethics.
