BMW is really BUILT TO BREAK with their expensive and weak parts. Its time to check Hyundai at least their warranty is 7 years on the car I could trade in for.

I bought my NEW 118i beginning of 2012. Warranty was 90000km / 5 years whichever came first. After 5 years (2017) the warranty lapsed but I still had around 70000km which means my car was fairly new. During these years I had a lot of problems still with this car but because it was still on warranty I always took it to them to fix it. Now my car is out of warranty and it has a turbo problem and mind you my car is still on their warranty range in terms of kilometers but they cannot even assist me knowing how expensive their parts are. I know the warranty terms but where is LOYALTY from BMW after I stuck with them for those years when my car had various factory faults including the same turbo problems. Its funny how many problems I had with this car just after the warranty has lapsed. I really thought I was going to upgrade next year with them but NO I NO longer gonna do that. I will look somewhere. There is no reason to be loyal to a brand that is not loyal to you. BYE BYE BMW. YOU WILL NEVER GONNA SEE MY MONEY EVER AGAIN AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANY OF MY FAMILY TO BUY YOUR BRAND.
