BMW HAS FAILED US
I am very disappointed and out of words. For a full three years we have had trouble with this vehicle. Full Three years. Having one problem and being told excuse after excuse. We open cases and they are closed with no explanation to us as the people who opened the case. This vehicle has been with the dealership more than it has been with us as the owners. We have only enjoyed two months of this vehicle, a whole BMW, only two months and that was the first two months of buying the vehicle after which it was booked in for months with the dealership. The vehicle ACCELERATES ITSELF and when we report this it seems like we are crazy. We were told specialists were sent to access the car and today sadly an accident almost happened when the vehicle ACCELARATED ITSELF AGAIN AND NOW IT WONT START. It is such a pity that we are meant to drive this vehicle and it shows so many faults from drivetrain to fans to ignition/ start and when it is accessed by dealership we are told there are no faults. The Vehicle can show 6 faults at a time, you switch it off and when you start it would be like nothing happened. We told the dealership that we think this car has a factory fault and we were dismissed. It’s so frustrating because so many things have been done in this vehicle, we have really been traumatized and exhausted by this vehicle and still they refuse to accept that this vehicle has a factory fault. Tell me which car has changed an accelerator switch, computer box, oil housing, battery, diesel pump but still it has the very same problem. Are we meant to die in this vehicle or cause a huge accident for this case to be taken seriously. BMW our safety matters. We are suppose to feel safe in a BMW but instead we drive in fear of what it could do next. Cha ngihlukumezekile
