BMW Finance Service Melt Down

Cant believe that a company this huge have such a mediocre system tracking customer payments. This is effed up, a system that does not accurately track payments despite account reference numbers and then reprocessing your car! How do these monopolists become so arrogant? Because we, the consumers allow it!!! We are *****ed over with every consumer move we make. It's insane really. After my 4th BMW bought from the floor, but strangely the first financed by BMW Finance, the rest were all financed by Wesbank. I'm done with BMW, I'll take my business somewhere else!!!
