BMW Finance Incompetency is messing up my livelihood

I bought a BMW 320i last year November at the Kempton Park dealership and was initially happy with the service that Alan gave me. In July & August 2022 I was shocked to see 2 additional enquirys made under my credit profile by BMW financial services. When I call in I get sent from one department to the next without any resolution. This morning I received the 3rd enquiry notification made by BMW Finance against my profile for the month of September, when the **** will this stop? I need answers and need them now! My credit score has dropped by 20 points because of this. No one is giving me answers and my livelihood is getting affected month on month. I don’t need apologies I need help!
