BMW does not value women customers

I bought a X3 sport last year in May. On 28 February gear selector couldn’t work and the display read “unable to change transmission position” when I called BM road side assistance they said this issue has never happened before on a new car. After an hour of back and forth One of which was I must get on a tow truck with the vehicle which I refused the car to pick me up came after 4 hours (whilst I was in one of the areas they classify as high risk zone. They took my car did not call the next day to acknowledge receipt of the vehicle until I called in the afternoon. after 10 days the matter was resolved. 2 months later whilst driving the speedometer dials shifted to the left and the dashboard started vibrating. I called assistance they said if the car is moving I should take it to SMG this was a Sunday meaning I would be stranded. Next day I called SMG Durban they said they will call me when there’s an opening at the workshop. After number of calling Sivi(the manager) he did not return my calls. I then went there and they were shocked to see the video as they exclaimed this was a problem they have never seen before. He then promised to get me another vehicle which was coming from Joburg. Unfortunately it was not in the same colour I had bought and preferred he then said he will find me one took my car and gave me a curtesy car as I refused to drive the car whilst waiting for the workshop to be available. A week later I sent an email enquiring about the status I finally received attention to which new cars manager called me and promised to give me a quote for the same vehicle or an upgrade. To my surprise the same car was going to add about R3000 to my monthly installment of R5000 for an upgrade to X4 of an ultimatum of R100k shot fall to settle. I rejected those offers as I couldn’t understand how my safety was compromised, vehicle not notifying prior to breakdown now means I must suffer and pay more. Then this morning they changed their minds again and sent me an email to collect my car ASAP as it is fine and also putting in writing that if I have another problem they will escalate the matter to head office. My shock is that how do I pay over R13 000 for convenience gives BMW South Africa authority to bully me forcing me to drive a car I no longer feel safe to drive just because they say so. When they saw the video the first time they were convinced that I must get another car now that they can’t get me one similar to my current they feel entitled to change their mind and impose me to risk my life. If they could let me stand on the side of the road from 19:00 to 23:00 how can I trust that if another incident happens they will prioritize my safety over the vehicle. When I asked the shuttle why they kept me waiting the driver said they were scared to drive into the area I was stuck in so they had to wait for him to come on shift as he is brave!
