BMW DOES NOT FIX FAULT

BMW have failed to prepare or find the fault on my brakes. My car has been in and out of BMW several times with regards to this issue. I've also got a seat that is rattling and this too has been 'repaired' but still rattles. <br> It is clear that BMW do not care, the Technical Area Manager has apparently met with Roy the after sales manager at the branch and the car was tested together and no fault was found. I then insisted that I drive the car with the technicians and was advised: 'Please note that as per BMW policy and protocol we do not arrange testing of vehicles at any other premises, only at an authorised BMW servicing dealership only' - so it comes across as though I can't even drive the car with the technicians to prove or point out the issues that are reoccurring. <br> <br> The brake pads have been cleaned once cleaned two days later the same issue reoccurs. As the daily driver of this vehicle it is frustrating driving the car and knowing that something is wrong with my car. <br> <br> The car has been in around 4 times for this issue, it is clear that there is something wrong, I would not send the car in and out if there was no issue but my complain is being brushed aside and ignor
