BMW Dishonors their brand by Dishonouring their warranty - What a way to launch their EV Range!

I feel it's necessary to state that over the last 30 years I have owned 15 BMW's myself & my staff another 10. I currently ride a BMW 1600 Bike & own an I3. I purchased the I3 in November. It was an initial launch 2014 model. This is the last year of the Battery Warranty. On launch it was advertised with a 130 km fully charged range. I currently, on a full charge of 97 km get 70 km TOPS. Since January 2022, BMW have sent me to a Dealership (BMW Bedfordview) to check the battery. The car has spent over 4 weeks in the workshop on machines & being tested. BMW refuse to honor their much publicised 8 year warranty. As they launch their EV Range its important that the public are aware that BMW will do EVERYTHING they can NOT to Honor their Advertised Warranties on their batteries. They blame GERMANY & one employee has jokingly suggested that perhaps its my Jewish ethnicity causing them to refuse to honor the warranty. I get it that this is untested new technology but contractually BMW are obligated with their warranty!
