BMW - customer service. What customer service?

On 28/04/2015, I took my BMW 320D for a service at the Glen branch where new discs were fitted on my car. On driving home, the braking was accompanied with a long, deafening sqeak. I queried this on a call and was told it would gradually disappear as they were wearing in.

On 29/06/2015, when the incessant squeak had not subsided, I booked my car in with BMW The Glen. The brakes were 'shamphered' once again but the squeaking persisted. I then called BMW Alberante, spoke to the manager there and he told me he would take a look.

I took my car in on 22/07/2015 - The brakes were shamphered for the second time. This time there was some improvement for awhile and then the squeaking started up again.

On 18/12/2015 - I took my car in for a service (BMW Alberante) and requested that they look into the squeaky noise once again.
When no improvement was noted, the car was booked for inspection by the RMT on 13/01/2016. After inspection and shamphering for the third time, I was informed that the brakes were blue indicating hard braking.

Wow!! talk about shirking responsibility! I had had no issue prior to the discs being fitted on my car and then nine months later after constant calls and complaints about a potential flaw in the parts used, the blame was automatically shifted to me yet the problem originated when the discs were fitted!! New parts should be an improvement on old parts, not the other way around. What a disgrace! Not to mention each time I have taken my car for a service in the last 2 years, it has come back leaking oil which means more time out of my hectic schedule to take it back to be corrected. I am truly disappointed and disillusioned with BMW's service and the lack of accountability on their part and will not be spending my money on their product again.
