Bmw customer service sa

I am disgusted that such a genuine brand can be so ******** towards potential customers as i lodged a complaint about smg North coast bmw and their bad customer service with bmw south africa and a client service associate contacted me and askes me to email what had transpired which i did. He did say that he will contact me and its now a week and he ignores my email neither have bmw sa or bmw smg manager has contacted me regarding this..... Pathetic service
