BMW Control Unit broke, waiting for 2 weeks

The control unit of my BMW 323i somehow got water in (this is not suppose to happen with a car as renowned as BMW). <br> <br> On the 19th of September 2015 I was driving in the rain to get some groceries. Upon completing my grocery shopping my car did not want to start. I got it towed to the Ballito BMW. That Monday I received a call from a Santos telling me what the problem is. <br> <br> I went to BMW on Tuesday and Wednesday to find that Santos is off sick and no one really knows what is going on with my car. I asked Ryan to keep the computer unit in the sun for a day or two, test it and see if it works and if it does not, to please contact me so we can go about fixing the problem. Today is the 5th of October 2015, 2 weeks after the car has been first looked at. I do not have any means of transport at the moment and I just launched a quarry on BMW's website. <br> <br> Now they will START fixing the computer box. This however can take up to 7 days. I live in Pretoria, my car is in Balito and I don't have transport. I have an opportunity to get to Balito this weekend and was planning on picking up the car. Now this will not happen.<br> <br> I am deeply disappointed in the shocking service that I've been receiving
