BMW Connected drive

Purchased a vehicle from BMW for its specs and features. The feature that sold me was BMW connected drive. This came at an additional monthly premium. For the last 5 months, this feature has not been working. BMW still debits your account. No one is able to provide a resolution time for the issue and there is no refund of premiums for a service that isnt working. BMW sold a vehicle with a feature that is no longer available.
