BMW compromises Woman's safety.

New BMW X5 stalled and would not move. My wife was in the car. BMW "On Call" was called. That is supposed to be this great service they have.

They told my wife to wait 60 minutes at the car in the road...how dangerous is that and how pathetic. She took an Uber to the house for safety. We informed BMW of that and said they must come pick the keys up at home.

BMW then called 90 minutes later to say that they are at the the Vehicle and there is no one there. We informed them of the communication to come pick the car up at our house. They seriously insisted we go back to the car with the key...

I honestly cannot comprehend the lack of safety for woman and the pathetic service.
