BMW Clearwater totally unprofessional

I called BMW Clearwater to book in my car for service and was yet disappointed again . Initially when I called in reception put me through to service ,the phone kept ringing with no one picking up until I was routed back to reception where I left a message to be called back . I was then called back by Adele Burger who I assume is the person who was not available for booking . Needles to say her attitude was totally unprofessional as she seemed to have no idea why and who she was talking to . I expressed my unhappiness with her service but she seemed not to be bothered and was happy that I would be going somewhere else for service . I had previously experienced a similar issue when I had gone to this dealership to purchase a car . You just wonder around unattended for long periods of time , at that point I left the dealership and went to Northcliff Auto , which I plan to do again now .

I am extremely disappointed at this dealership that consistently shows potential clients that they are not valued through the behavior of their stuff .
