BMW Centurion is *********! Stay away

Very disappointed with the service I received from BMW Centurion, I went into the dealership to purchase an X1 on select finance, I test drove the car and enjoyed it so they got me an offer and I signed an offer to purchase on the Friday, the salesman informed me that on the Monday everything will be sorted and I will be able to fetch the car Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning so I have it for Christmas, first thing Monday I receive an email that my finance has been approved but for R2000 more monthly than the offer to purchase I signed and not on select finance when I questioned it the salesman said that’s just an option the select will get approved shortly, 8 hours later the salesman called me and said that they had another offer on the car but for a higher amount so I need to match that offer or they will sell it for the higher offer. I had already signed an offer to purchase 3 days prior to this, it’s ********* and very poor customer service. If you have signed an offer to purchase the car is no longer for sale unless your finance gets declined or the customer pulls out of the deal, the salesman then went onto say that he will find me another car and sent proposals through for 120i and a 2017 X1 for the same monthly price he had given me for a 2019 X1 and now he is no longer replying or letting me know about anything. Myself and 3 family members are currently looking at trading in our current BMW’s and getting new ones and BMW centurion will never get our business and I will tell anybody I know that’s interested to stay away
