BMW Centurion extremely poor service

BMW Centurion, being tyring to book my car in for a service and wiper change for almost 2 months, 6 calls between my wife and I.The wiper are actually breaking off now but BMW probably does not care about the safety of its consumers.Seems there is only 1 person doing these bookings who is never there, doesn answer the phone or in "meetings". There is always a promise for a call back which never happens. Love the brand and being loyal for over 10 years six cars in that time but this is really poor service for a brand that suppose to be selling quality or is that just at sale stage?
