Bmw cant provide parts back up

<p>Bmw cannot provide parts back up ... I have a very expensive paper weight as bmw cannot provide the correct parts needed to repair my vehicle , i have been trying to resolve this for the past 6 months and have been given the run around as nobody at bmw can seem to help out , from dealer level to customer service to the parts department at the factory ... My vehicle is losing value everyday and it can't be used because BMW cannot supply the correct parts... This is pathetic ... I've only driven BMW vehicles and currently own 4 BMWs but this situation has left a very sour taste and if this is the level of service provided , i wont be a BMW driver much longer .... </p>
