BMW Brand Equity VS Customer Loyalty

<p>My car is scratched. REF ********** 816 Service Department ignored my request to not wash car. This is the 2nd BMW that got damaged in Airic auto Service Dept. Either this gets fixed or i will call the bank and drop the car at the dealership.</p>
