BMW Bloemfontein worst customer service!!!

This is the worst dealership to deal with. We had issues from the beginning with the vehicle we bought. Empty promises were made. No communication. We aways have to follow up with them. And then the Customer Relationship Manager has the nerve to reprimand me on respect! Ridiculous!! The attitude is absolutely unprofessional! You can send them messages or send emails and you are always the one who needs to call again or follow up again. They don’t even have the decency to call you and discuss matter like normal companies would if you would like to really assist in resolving conflict. They ignore you and then send you a snotty email. NO THANK YOU!!!
