I wish to bring to your attention the disgusted way I feel about your team at Autoglen BMW including Sergio's approach. The first time your staff cleaned out all our coins, over R50 worth. We ignored that as it was an oversight on our part as we had left the ashtray behind. We nonetheless brought it to the service consultant attention. She said she would raise the issue but possibly didn't. What irks me about today's happenings is that these self entitled staff of yours decided to treat themselves to my Daughters sweets, a bucket full worth, disgusting. I tell one Sergio and Gerty and Sergio has the nerve to remark that we working with humans, what utter nonsense. Can you imagine what nation we would be if law enforcement took Sergio's approach. I told him it's money and then sweets, next it will be tablets or phones or laptops. We have been to many dealerships over the years and Yours is the first we have ever had to complain about THEFT.
