BMW-Approved Used 320 Never Serviced until 42707km

I tried to book my 2013 320d for service on 4 May 2015 with Leo Haese Pretoria Hatfield and got a confirmation for a service booking on Monday 11th May 2015. I was immediately notified by Ms Naledi Maleeme, that my car is 2600 km overdue for service and therefore the service plan has been suspended as this was over the maximum of 2000 km limit effective 7 April 2015. I explained to her that this has never been communicated to me and that I had to drive the car for 7 full days before I was able to bring the car in for service. I also called BMW SA and explained that I wouldn't do this intentionally If I knew. She said to me that is non of her responsibility to communicate to me but rather Sandton Auto where I bought as Approved Used Car. Even more disturbing as I was looking at the terms and conditions of this this clause which is not there in my initial warranty/motorplan contract, was discovering that my car has never been serviced since delivery in September 2013 according to the service book. This effectively mean that BMW Sandton Auto sold me a car that was never serviced yet refereed to as certified in which case the suspension should have been effected long before my 2600 km
