BMW and *********** emloyees

2017 years ago I returned the 2012 1 series to BMW as I couldn't get a second finance for buy back deal/balloon payment , did all paper work and Dekra assessment , BMW penalized me for millage overuse and wanted R40 000 cash , tried arranging monthly payment they refused a year later the send a sheriff to confiscate the car as they took me to court demanding their car back ,

I managed to track their attorney and explained the whole issue with proof and now we find out BMW when they auctioned my car they were suppose to payme back the remaining balance as at that time I was only owing R93 000 on the car and now they cant tell me how much they sold the car for to settle my account.
