BMW ALBERTON

This is the second time my car has been for repairs and on both occasions i experienced the same experience , the service is slacked and slow , u don't get updated until u call in to check how far is your vehicle , today i called i spoke to 2 people that trf me to the workshop and no one answers the phone , on wed i got a update its been polished since then no update and no contact , this service is horrible from BMW

my other experiences at the service centers at the glen is so pleasant , here in ALBERTON they seem to be bringing the BMW name down sad i had to experience this
