BMW after sales service shocking!

I bought a BMW X6M50D. At the time of sale I was assured that when my vehicle goes in for a service, I will get a courtesy vehicle. Well that is not true. Company policy is that that is not the case, after buying a R1.7 million rand vehicle, they cannot even provide you with anything just to help you get through the day. Shocking service Cape Town.
