BMW ADVANCED DRIVING ACADEMY

<p>BMW Driving Academy, worst experience with the receptionist, attempted to make a booking on two ocasions to no avail, clearly they dont want my money, Richele is a very rude and *********** receptionist, I decided to book with AMG for a racetrack course, surely a receptionist must be the face and personality of a brand? Realy unbelievable how a customer gets treated at the Advanced Driving Academy, Im actualy amazed at the attitude and rudeness, if her attitude is anything to go by then I dont want to deal with managment as the appel always rots from the top.</p>
