BMW a bummer ,dont buy

Took my car for service out of the motor plan - which meant my hard-earned cash in the dealer's bank account. I had left watermelon in the car and it burst from the heat. We only realized this when opening the boot. Sergio the workshop manager was so rude. Told me to take my car to a valet then bring it back cos it was stinking and he won't work on a stinking car. Uhm excuse me doesn't petrol have a smell? the watermelon was contained to the boot, not even in the interior - nevermind that it was nowhere near the engine. BMW has a car wash, why couldn't they wash the car and bill me instead of wasting my time to take my car back without even working on it. the diagnosis alone was quoted at R3000, the service R5500 and they refused to wash my car. Even at a cost. I will never go back there again. BMW SA useless like a dog with no teeth that have no control over their dealerships. I have heard it said before but now i believe it BMW after-sales service are disgusting and make it not worhtwhile to drive or rbuy another BMW
