Blindsided by Bmw bedfordview!!!!

After having my previous car ****** I decided to make the leap and get a bmw118i. The sales process was good and I was happy. A while later I had to get the car towed due to a fault and the towing company uncovered that I was disappointingly given a vehicle with a safety kit that is incomplete. No towing key and pressure pump. The towing comoany then went on to explain to me that dealership warehouses often take these items and sell them. Shocked!!!!!! Frankly dissapinted and if somewhere in the paperwork it was mentioned that I would not be getting these things no one at bmw bothered to inform a maybe naiive first time bmw buyer. Is the the business practice in bedfordview? What a joke.
