Becareful of BMW SA as they allow the dealers to sell repainted cars and they ok it

<p> i recently reported a case to BMW SA where a dealer (Zambesi Legend) sold me a repainted car but when i reported it to BMW they promised to investigate,</p> <p>after the investigation and the dealer accepted that the car was repinted. BMW SA phoned me to saay the dealer is willing to paint the car nicely. i then asked them to put it in writting, however their legal department told me that they are not in a position to help me.</p> <p> </p> <p>in other way, this means that they are allowing their dealers to sell repainted cars without discclosing to customers. BMW SA are not practising a good customer service, their service is like that of a ****a shop. Am very disappointed.</p>
