Bearing failure

Hello Peter. My name is Samu I BOUGHT a pre owned BMW last year with its motor plan still active.everything went well I use BMW George December I had a trip home I took a car for holiday(December) checkup the service was good they return my car telling me its good I can have a safe trip.I return with safe with no problem. On a sunday I was taking my sister to the salon as I was driving out of the compound I heard some noise at the back.The sound was from the wheels,Then I went back to the packing,Monday first thing I called BMW they came taking the car to george.The report they gave me is that I had an accident with the car its me who bumped it therefore they wont held responsible the bearing and the cover went off,Because its me who had an accident with the car,My reply was I never had an accident with a car. My concern is if its the bearing I never got a fault report from my car with a wheel loosing pressure or any faulty reoason.No explanation or failure analysis report was given to proove their facts,to me the bearing is inside the wheel the first thing to be affected in the case of the accident is the wheel.Peter im struggling to go to work.
