Bad Service from Clinton at BMW Supertech Pietermaritzburg

I bought a BMW from Clinton at BMW Supertech Pietermaritzburg early December last year, I was promised a gift which was supposed to be couriered to me and to date I still don't have my gift. Last week while going through the manual I realised that the vehicle was delivered to me without a service book. I then informed Clinton about this on Monday and still no response from him.
