Bad service from BMW On call

I had an appalling experience from BMW on call tyre assistance when I had an emergency and my tire burst no one could take the responsibility for helping me get hold of a tire eventually after talking to 7 people someone organized a tow truck which came after 3 hours. Then the tow truck left me with no plan to get home and after I called BMW on call, the call centre agent told me she couldn't help and I was left stranded with no plan of going home and she was not interested in helping me
