Bad service from BMW Northcliff ARC

Good day,

I had the front bumper of my bmw repaired at Northcliff ARC and when I went to collect it a week ago it was unbearable to be inside due to the paint smell. I have no idea and the Foreman there has no idea how the paint ended up smelling so badly and intensely inside. I explained the problem to the manager of the ARC copied and he assured me that they will be sort it out 100% soonest. I collected it today almost a week after and it is still unusable. It now smells of some strong detergent and still unusable. I have to go to the doc again because of a sore throat. I really do not know what to do next. I thought these ARCs know what they are doing but clearly not. The ARC does not seem to give a hoot that I'm now not able to use the car for almost 2 weeks and it is becoming a health hazard to be in it. Not what I expected from BMW.
