Bad Service from BMW Fountains

Since booking my car on the 3rd of July; the service has been a nightmare. From the onset on arrival the attitude given by the Service lady was bad to a point a service manager had to intervene. She even refused to call my warranty company.

1. The Maintainance plan provider gave approval on the 3rd of July at 10h00. after a condescending call by the service lady. The manner in which the service lady was addressing me was patronising at best. 2.She called on the 5th of July 11h00 already after having the car for 2days that I will not receive the car. The attitude was still extremely bad in addressing me as if I have no comprehension on cars at all. 3. After indicating that her service and attitude is bad, she promised the service manager will call. That never happened. 4.The service from Fountains BMW is horrible; I wouldn't recommend this centre to anyone.
