Bad service,emails sent,management copied,

Nadia previously assisted with ordering the parts for the boot to hold the board, the parts were however ordered and I was never called nor advised they have been received.<br> Before she left she left me in the hands of Freddy from parts department and Aqeel the manager. I was in constant contact with Aqeel whom eventually agreed that he had found me my parts and I should come in about 3 weeks ago to fit them however I advised him I couldn't at the time When I eventually went, Aqeel referred me to Damien but found that Aqeel had put aside a board and triangle for me, I then told Damien the board is not what was supposed to be fitted but the parts, his response was that hes just tired of fixing peoples messes that have left and we went to Freddy to confirm the order.<br> Freddy then confirmed that the order was returned cause he didn't know who it belonged to and you Nadia did not do follow up and he also confirmed that the parts were returned a month ago and they were no more placing orders cause the dealer was closing down. Nadia contacted Aqueel,Ryan and Ralph, She did her best to assist resolve this query , however this query has been going on since August till date its not resolved
