Bad service at BMW family day

bmwsouthafrica what the heck happened today my parents bought us R 400.00 tickets and topped up money in our tags , food was included and drinks but we didn't get anything with the long ques and aggressive stuff #bmwfamilyday was a ****, I best believe being a Mercedes-Benz follower now because wow how can such a big enterprise institution do so , didn't get the opportunity to sing along with the entertainment payed for because we where busy quing on long lines , we didn't even have enough tents for shadow but @bmwsouthafrica knew about the heat wave , aii no improve man
