Bad service and work done on my BMW

<p>Dear Kobus Coetzee, </p> <p>I trust that you are well. I have recently noticed my BMW is not in good order.</p> <p> </p> <p>I had brought my car for service on the 3rd February 2017. The car was serviced with change of oil and filters but the spark plugs where not changed.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have sort for second opinion , it is recommended that you also change the spark plugs with oil change.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am prepared to buy the spark plugs at your branch but cannot buy the other parts again.</p> <p> </p> <p>My car is not as smooth as it was before the service, with gear 1 and 2 being slow.</p> <p> </p> <p>BMW job number 71148 and WIP no. 15588.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please contact me to resolve the issue.</p>
