Bad Service and Raw Deal

<p><br />On the 27th of Aug I went to View a car at BMW Club Motors in Randburg a Barloworld Dealership on arrival I was assisted by a Gentleman called Jaco Van Rooyen he showed me the Vehicle yes I did like the car but it needed the front bumper and Tail pipe to be fixed so I requested these issues to be sorted out and I submitted by application because I was promised these issues would be sorted out on the delivery date.fastforword<br />I Got approved and I was told to collect the Vehicle on Wednesday 31st August on arrival I notice the front bumper and Tail pipe wasn't fixed I was told was it was fixed but bla bla bla happened when it was coming out of workshop and the tail pipe they out of stock and it's order...at that moment I felt like walking away from the deal but I decided to give them a benefit of the doubt yest I collected the Vehicle I was told to bring the car on a following monday..well I drove the Vehicle to my house of which it's a 15 min to 20min drive from the dealership got home nicely with my new car as I was switching off the engine of the Vehicle I notice the fan was making the noise and it sounded like the old VW Golf Fans when you just parked and also it was drawing hot air from the Engine I mean I only drove the car for only 15min to 20min I'd expect that from a car that has been driving long distance or so,I then immediately called the sales assistance to informed him and told him that Im bring the car back then I went back in less than 30min,the Gentleman started the car and switched off the engine and the fan started making noise like a Old VW Golf funny enough the Sales Assistance tried to convinced me that there is no problem I told him in the past I have owned 3 BMW cars this was the 1st time hearing a fan sounding like that, in a BMW car, then the Sales Guy asked me what was I expecting in a used car that has travelled 118 000 KMS why don't i buy a car for R**** then if i don't want these problems, then I said I didn't know buying a car at BMW I was causing problems to myself and I wasn't going to pay R3800 a month on a problematic car and I ask him to take his car back and he refused and told me I have already signed a delivery contract I mean I driven their car for 40min it gave me problems then he told me I must come back and talk to his line manager I told him I work I can't be doing that and he had a nerve telling me well his also working then...then I left their car in the parking lot with their car keys lastly never again I buy a car at that Dealership </p>
