Bad service

About a month ago,my starter packed up. I called BMW Forsch****s in Bellville and couldnt get a service supervisor to explain the problem. I then called my insurance because the car was 300km from Cape Town. Insurance instructed a company to take the car to BMW in Bellville. They fixed the starter of the car and when i collected the car i realised that my electric windows were not working. Went back to them and they said that it was not their problem cos they didnt touch the windows. Main thing for me is ,when the car left for Cape Town the windows were working. Tuesday 19 February, i called them again and had a problem after numerous calls the receptionist told me that one of the foreman s gonna call me back. Today is 2 days later and no one called me yet. Insurance sorted me out again. I will not go to Bellville again. Gonna rather sell my BMW or go to a another dealer/work shop. Unbelievable !!!
