Bad service

I took my car to JORBUG SOUTH BMW for service yesterday,the reception I receive was not the one that I used to receive from other BMW dealership.i drop my car at around 7:45 and they asked if I will need a lift,the lift came at around 9:30 and no one say anything about the delay.later at around 16:00 the service advisor called me and say they are busy with my car.30 minutes later she called me and she said she will arrange the uber to fetch me and I told her that I have bad experience with uber(I was ****** at gun point)I don't trust those guys.she(service advisor)told me I must arrange my own transport because the lift from BMW was a favour.i asked about the timing because it was late and she said she will left the car key with the security or I will get my car the following day.i didn't have choice because I was supposed to be at work at 18:00,I agree for uber lift and it was bad,condition of the car and the speed.when I arrived at BMW she said I must wait outside for the car before she ask for my signature.i waited outside for almost 30 and my car was not delivered.i went back inside and I was told my car is coming.when my car arrived it was dirty inside and bad smell, i think they just wash it outside. It was a bad service ever I receive from BMW.No one explain to me what service they have done in my car.
