Bad service

My dauters car was towed to BMW Midrand , we have paid about R15 000 for the car to be repaid . The car was with them for 2 weeks , 2 days after we have received the car the car gave the same warning and problems . BMW was contacted they told me to tow the car back to them ? At whose costs ? They promised to call me back since from 08h00 even now . I spoke to Sue Marie and a service Manager now it is 15h20 , what a service you deserve a round of applause
